They are both amazing, and I recommend either of them to anyone.
I’ve had great results with each program.
BBG quickly gave shape to my flabby body and PWR has greatly increased muscle mass and strength.
I wanted to try out PWR because there was too much jumping in BBG for me..

Kayla does schedule in some LISS (low-intensity steady state) cardio every other day, but it’s up to you on what you plan to do. There are three HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts a week that are 28-minutes long.
